Blooms and Balloons is a family owned and run business in the heart of Portsmouth. We were established in 2002 as the aptly named Mrs Plant decided to turn her lifelong passion for gardening and flower arranging together with her experience in floristy into a business. Taking on the lease of an existing Balloon Shop (and the next door Bakery), we saw the benefits of offering both a partyware and floristry service.  Balloons 2 U and The Bakery were knocked through creating the original large premises (formally Margo’s), that now houses Blooms and Balloons.   

Blooms and Balloons has grown steadily each year. Building on our exemplary reputation, affordably quality service and products Blooms and Balloons now has a 12 strong team of Florists, Balloon Artists, Event Decorators and Delivery Drivers. 

 Each member of the team is actively encouraged and financed to further develop their skills and take an active role in clubs to ensure they are abreast of any new industry developments, fashions and trends. Here at Blooms and Balloons we pride ourselves on our talented, knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly staff.  

At Blooms and Balloons we stock the largest range of special occasion, character and personalised balloons, cards and partyware in the area. Our florist section is always fully stocked with fresh flowers, sundries, plants and garden supplies. We strive to provide our customers with choice, advice, quality at affordable prices in all areas of our business.
